Hyper Real Me LLC operates an online reservation platform providing private and VIP airport transfers across Turkey. Transport services are physically executed by licensed independent carriers (agencies and drivers); My Turkey Transfer acts as the contracting reseller and service operator.
Cancellation terms are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance receive a 100% refund.
At airports, complimentary waiting time is 120 minutes from actual flight arrival. For hotels and city pickups, complimentary waiting is 30 minutes. If the passenger fails to meet the driver without communication, the booking is marked as a "No-Show" and no refund is granted.
Standard baggage allowance is 1 standard suitcase + 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger. Oversized or extra luggage must be declared in advance to assign an appropriate vehicle class.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and unruly or dangerous behavior inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Drivers possess full legal authority to terminate transfers without refund in case of passenger misconduct.
All inquiries and claims must be submitted to info@myturkeytransfer.com within 10 days of the service date. Legal jurisdiction resides with the courts of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your domicile.
