To process your reservations and deliver our transfer services, we collect:

• Travel Details: Pickup/drop-off addresses, transfer date/time, flight code, passenger count, luggage details
• Payment Data: Payment transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information; only the payment transaction token is retained

Location Data. During active transfers, driver GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, speed, heading) are processed to provide live tracking. Passengers may also optionally choose to share their own live location with the driver; this feature is turned off by default and only activates upon clicking "Share My Location".

5. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for 10 years in accordance with statutory accounting standards. Live GPS location history is automatically deleted 7 days following transfer completion.

You are entitled to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, or request portability of your personal data under GDPR / KVKK. To exercise these rights, email info@myturkeytransfer.com. Inquiries receive a formal response within 30 days.
