Location Data (Active transfer only). While your transfer is active, real-time location data (latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed, heading) from the assigned driver’s device is processed. This data is collected to facilitate meeting you at the pickup location and to verify the fulfillment of the transfer service in case of disputes.
Passenger Location Data — Strictly with Explicit Consent. If you wish, you may share your own live location with the driver; this is completely optional and disabled by default. It is only processed if you click the "Share My Location" button on your live booking tracking page. If you do not share your location, your transfer proceeds normally with no restriction of rights. You can stop sharing at any time on the same screen.
In both cases, location data is only collected while the transfer is active (from the moment the driver departs, within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup); location is never retrieved outside the transfer window.
To perform the transfer service, your personal data is shared with the assigned licensed agency/driver and the following service infrastructure providers:
International cross-border data transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and equivalent statutory safeguards.
Map and Navigation Services: To render real-time interactive transfer maps, location coordinates are sent from your browser to Mapbox Inc. (USA). If you click "Open in Maps" or "Get Directions", coordinates are shared with Google Maps (Google LLC, USA). These transmissions are required for the technical execution of navigation.
Data is collected electronically through web booking forms, email, and customer support channels. Transaction and accounting records are retained for the statutory period of 10 years.
Active transfer location logs are automatically and permanently purged 7 days after the transfer is completed via automated daily maintenance jobs.
