3. Service Mechanism and Contracting Parties

Transfer arrangements and reservations are organized directly by us; the physical execution of passenger road transport is undertaken by licensed local partner agencies and professional drivers.

The service contract is concluded directly between the customer and Hyper Real Me LLC. You make your booking with us, and your payment is processed by us.

Remuneration to the local carrier is distinct and settled independently by us. We do not act as a mere intermediary taking a commission; we sell our comprehensive transfer service package and pay our carriers separately. The margin forms our commercial operational fee.

Our responsibilities include:

• Matching and vetting qualified licensed agencies for your itinerary,
• Verifying certified drivers and vehicles,
• Providing and securing the digital booking platform,
• Facilitating 24/7 coordination between passenger, driver, and agency during the journey,
• Processing legitimate refund claims promptly.

4. Vehicles, Insurance and Licensing

Transfers are carried out using licensed vehicles officially authorized for commercial passenger transport.

All operating vehicles are legally required to hold Compulsory Road Passenger Transport Financial Liability Insurance. Compliance is strictly inspected by airport and road transport authorities.

Our partner agencies guarantee that their vehicles and drivers maintain complete regulatory licenses and up-to-date insurance coverage throughout each transfer.

5. Vehicle, Driver, and Agency Verification

Once your transfer is dispatched, the agency name, driver's name, telephone number, and license plate are dispatched to you via email and available in your customer portal.

If the vehicle or driver at the pickup point does not match the information provided: please do not board the vehicle and contact us immediately.
