This agreement constitutes the preliminary information form and distance sales contract concluded between the consumer purchasing passenger transport services via My Turkey Transfer (myturkeytransfer.com) and the Seller prior to order placement and upon payment confirmation. By completing your booking, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted this contract.
SELLER
BUYER (Consumer) — The natural or legal person whose full name, email address, phone number, and pickup/drop-off destinations are declared on the booking form and reiterated in the booking confirmation email.
The subject of this contract is the provision of private passenger road transport (transfer) services between specific pickup and drop-off points on a specific date and time with a selected vehicle category requested by the Buyer.
Seller's Capacity: Hyper Real Me LLC sells this service in its own name and on its own account. Remuneration to the executing licensed carrier and driver is settled separately by the Seller. Physical transport is performed by vetted, licensed independent transport partners who act as the Seller's vicarious agents.
Payment is executed online upon booking via Stripe. Bookings become legally effective once payment is confirmed, generating a unique booking reference (PNR). Card credentials are never held on Seller servers.
Pursuant to international consumer rights regulations governing distance contracts, contracts for passenger transport services tied to a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Consequently, the legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for this booking.
However, the Buyer retains the contractual right to cancel according to the generous cancellation terms below:
Refunds are issued to the original card within 5–10 business days.
Airport pickups: 120 minutes free waiting after flight touchdown. Hotel/city pickups: 30 minutes. Failure to arrive within these windows without contacting the driver results in a non-refundable "No-Show".
This contract is subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the jurisdiction of the Buyer's habitual residence. In case of legal claims, courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA) have competent jurisdiction without depriving the consumer of mandatory protective rights.
